PTP Stock Photo License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in Pine Tree Photography stock images. While we want to be as helpful as possible, we do have a few conditions regarding the use of our photos.

You are downloading royalty-free images from Pine Tree Photography. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the photos you purchase. This license does not have a term. Unless otherwise specified in this document, you may use the purchased images for any purpose, as many times as you wish.

Restricted uses are listed below.

• You may not redistribute the digital image files to anyone other than those assisting you in creating materials with the images.
• You may not sell or trade the digital image file, prints of the digital image file, or rights to use the digital image file.
• You may not use the image as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo.
• You may not use the image in any illegal, defamatory, or pornographic way or derivative works.

If you state that you are the creator of a derivative work that has used a large portion of the image (for example, a painting), you must supply additional credit in the form of "Original photograph by [photographer name]/pinetreephotography.com".

While it is not required, we would appreciate credit for the photo if your work allows. Please include both the photographer's name and "pinetreephotography.com" if possible (for example, "Photograph by Justin Russell/pinetreephotography.com").

Pine Tree Photography shall not be liable for any damages resulting from this agreement or from the use of Pine Tree Photography images.
